Welcome
We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Please reach out to Kristen Lyons should you have any questions.
Updated Facility Rules Form
The pools will open on Monday, May 19th. If you missed the USPS notification and newsletter reminder, remember that signing the revised Facility Rules Form is mandatory to activate your access card for the new pool season. Conveniently, you can submit the form online using the provided link. Prompt action is advised.
Pool Lift Chairs
Both pools are equipped with specialized pool chair lifts, designed to assist individuals with mobility challenges. These chairs represent a significant investment and are crucial for ensuring accessibility. It is imperative that children are not permitted to play on or around these devices, as they are not toys. Our security system will actively monitor the usage of these chairs. Should any misuse or damage occur due to unauthorized use, the homeowner will be liable for the full cost of repairs.
Lawn Maintenance
Spring has arrived! During a recent community inspection, many yards with significant weed growth were noted. Maintaining your lawn is not only required, but also a neighborly duty, as weeds like dandelions spread easily to adjoining properties. Please take care of your yard and help keep our community beautiful.
Garbage Totes
Persistent complaints continue to come in about garbage totes left at the curb or stored in view. Totes should be placed at the curb the evening prior to collection and retrieved and stored the same day of pickup. To maintain aesthetic standards, they must be concealed from view, stored behind a fence or within a garage.
Pet Reminder
When strolling with your furry companion, dogs must be leashed to prevent unwelcome interactions with others while adhering to leash laws. As responsible pet owners, it’s your responsibility to clean up after them. Nobody wants to step on an unpleasant mess in the community’s common areas.
Parking Reminders
The garage in your home is to be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Please make sure you are using the garage for parking before using the driveway. Street parking is only allowed if the garage and driveway are full of automobiles.
