We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Updated Website

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the resident experience using HOA tools and resources on the CINC platform, we’ve simplified how you access your community information. To make things easier to find, we’re moving key content from the multipage community website to one convenient page on the Brighton website.

If you have your community’s website bookmarked, you can continue to use ArborIdaho.com to reach your community page.  Or you may update your bookmark to the new page at Brighton.co. Most information will be held on the login platform at: https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/.

Pet Reminders

Please remember to clean up after your pets when you walk them, and they should always be on a leash when not contained on your property. This is for everyone’s health and safety. Please be responsible pet owners.

Spring?

Well, here we are at the end of February, and it feels like Spring is already looming. Prepare yourselves for lots of weeds and bugs this season. Without a hard or very cold winter, these things haven’t really died off, which means they’ll come back full force as soon as the weather allows. Don’t let them catch you off guard. Be prepared and get what you need now, so you’re ready to fight back.
