We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Statements

A reminder that payments are due January 1st, late after January 31, 2026. Avoid late fees by submitting your payment online via the link below:

Holiday Decor Reminder

Please remember to remove all holiday decorations by January 31. This includes lights, ornaments, inflatables, and any remaining light clips or fasteners attached to roofs, gutters, railings, fences, and trees.

Snow Removal

Snow is just around the corner, maybe. If it comes back, please make sure the snow from your driveway and sidewalk is not shoveled into the streets, as this can impede traffic flow and obstruct drainage systems. Instead, shovel snow onto your lawn where it can gradually melt.

Motorized Vehicles

Motorized vehicles, bicycles, and e-scooters are strictly prohibited in all HOA common areas. If you witness violations, promptly contact the Caldwell Police Department at 208-454-7531 to report the incident.

Idaho restricts motorized vehicles on sidewalks to protect pedestrians, except for authorized devices. Motorcyclists must follow licensing, equipment, insurance, and safety regulations. Below are links to Idaho Laws pertaining to sidewalks and motorized vehicles, including motorcycles.
