May 2025 Community Newsletter

May 30, 2025

Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Please reach out to Kristen Lyons should you have any questions.

Updated Facility Rules Form

The pools opened on Monday, May 19th. If you have not yet signed the updated Facility Rules Form, a link is provided below.

Spring Community Garage Sale

The annual community garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, June 14th, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You are welcome to start and stop as you please. Residents that participate should set their items in the driveway the day of the sale and clean up the same day.  For unsold items, consider donating to local charities like a Youth Ranch or St. Vincent de Paul. Some charities will pick up items.  Coordination with trash services is also an option for disposal. An advertisement will be in the Idaho Statesman and signs will be placed at entrances. Residents are encouraged to share on social media and put up directional signs on the event day. Good luck to everyone participating!

Pedestrian Safety

It’s the season of more fun outdoor activities.  Parents and caregivers, help your youngsters understand the importance of bicycle and street crossing safety.  Motorists, reduce your speed while driving in the community and be vigilant of youngsters biking, walking and playing.

Lawn Maintenance

Spring has arrived!  During a recent community inspection, many yards with significant weed growth were noted.  Maintaining your lawn is not only required, but also a neighborly duty, as weeds like dandelions spread easily to adjoining properties.

Garbage Totes

We are receiving consistent complaints about garbage totes left at the curb or stored against homes in view. Totes should be placed at the curb the evening prior to collection and retrieved and stored the same day. To maintain aesthetic standards, they must be concealed from view, stored behind a fence or within a garage.

Pet Reminder

When strolling with your furry companion, dogs must be leashed to prevent unwelcome interactions with others while adhering to leash laws. As responsible pet owners, it’s your responsibility to clean up after them.  Nobody wants to step on an unpleasant mess in the community’s common areas.

Parking Reminders

The garage in your home is to be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Please make sure you are using the garage for parking before using the driveway. Street parking is only allowed if the garage and driveway are full of automobiles.
