November 2025 Community Newsletter

November 25, 2025

Welcome

We are so glad you’ve chosen to live in Arbor. Our community is under development and each month we will send out a newsletter via email to update residents on what’s going on in the neighborhood, or remind you about rules, and share information. Please reach out to Kristen Lyons should you have any questions.

Holiday Decorating Contest

We are excited to introduce the first annual holiday decorating contest!  Participation is easy, no registration is required. Unleash your creativity and spread holiday cheer throughout the community by decorating your home.  Gift cards will be awarded to the top five best decorated homes.  The judges will cast their votes the week of December 14th, and winners will be announced before Christmas.  The community looks forward to enjoying the festive displays.

Happy Holidays!

We wish you the most wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with your friends and family! The Brighton offices will be closed Thursday, November 27th & Friday, November 28th.

Snow Removal

Snow is just around the corner.  Make sure snow from your driveway and sidewalk is not shoveled into the streets, as this can impede traffic flow and obstruct drainage systems.  Instead, shovel snow onto your lawn where it can gradually melt.

Parking Reminders

Street parking is an ongoing issue in the community. Your garage is to be used for parking automobiles first before storage or anything else. Cars are to be parked in the garage first, before using the driveway. Street parking is only allowed if the garage and driveway are full of automobiles. If you observe a pedestrian or vehicle safety hazard created by cars parked on the street, please call Caldwell Code Enforcement at (208) 454-7531 or submit a report online via the link below.

Garbage Totes

It’s such a minimal thing, but it has a great impact. Trash cans out in view just make the community look “trashy.” Help us keep the community beautiful and keep them stored in the garage or behind fencing and landscaping, away from the street view, and only outside on the day of pickup.

Pet Reminder

When strolling with your furry companion, dogs must be leashed to prevent unwelcome interactions with others while adhering to leash laws. As responsible pet owners, it’s your responsibility to clean up after them.  Nobody wants to step on an unpleasant mess in the community’s common areas.

Events

If you’re interested in organizing an event for the community, please reach out to Kristen Lyons.
