Happy Holidays!

Our office will be closed December 25-26 and January 1st for the holidays.  We wish you a most wonderful holiday with your friends and family, and look forward to seeing you in the New Year!

Holiday Light Contest

This year we’re going to do a holiday light contest. Any home that wants to participate just needs to decorate the exterior of the home. We’ll have judges go around December 18-20th to choose the top 3 homes, and announce them. Winners will receive a gift card prize. We look forward to seeing your creativity and holiday cheer!

New Website Access Portal

Brighton Corporation is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities.  We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service.  With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements. The January 2024 assessments (dues) are getting ready to be mailed out now. Dues will not increase for 2024. Please watch for their arrival.

Snow Removal

The first snowfall has come and gone. Please do not push snow into the streets and keep street drains clear. The Association will clear snow at 2″ around the mailbox structures only for the postal carriers.

Be Aware

It’s come to our attention that theft and robberies are on the rise. Many times these are acts done out of convenience, often where doors have been left unlocked or windows open with goods in view. Reporting anything suspicious, and maintaining good habits of closing and locking up windows and doors goes a long way. This includes shutting up blinds and leaving on lights when you may not be home, to keep the appearance of being home. Know when deliveries are expected to arrive, and have a neighbor or friend check on your home if you’re away for any time. All these precautions can help you not fall victim to these senseless acts.

Pet Etiquette

Please be sure your pets are leashed at all times when not on your property, and be sure to pick up after them and dispose of their waste in your trash receptacle.

Volunteers

Now that the community is starting to become established, we are looking for volunteers to help with some committees. If you’re interested in volunteering for any of the groups below, please email Ann Marie at: hoa@brightoncorp.com.

1) ACC (architectural control committee) reviews requests for improvements to homes and yards, such as sheds or additional landscaping.

2) Neighborhood watch helps keep an eye on what’s happening in the area and is a liaison with the police.

3) Events committee plans fun gatherings to help build community relationships.

4) Advisory committee meets quarterly with management to review the business of the association, such as financials, requests from the community, and gives suggestions to the Board.

Upcoming Events

If you’re interested in organizing an event for the community, please reach out to HOA@brightoncorp.com.
