Annual Meeting

Parking Reminder

Please remember that the primary purpose of the garage is for parking and storage of automobiles. If your garage is full of the number of automobiles for which it is designed, then you may park additional automobiles first in the driveway, then second on the public right of way in a manner that does not interfere with other owners ingress or egress or sidewalk use.

Irrigation Water

There’s been lots of questions on when water will be delivered. Our community receives water from Pioneer Irrigation. They have not yet posted when to anticipate water, but please be aware that we may face another short season, like last year. You can follow Pioneer online at: http://www.pioneerirrigation.com/.
