Irrigation Water

Water is on, but please be sure to use water wisely. You should be following the watering schedule. Even ending addresses water Mon, Wed, and Friday, and Odd ending addresses water Tues, Thurs, and Saturday. Keeping on the schedule will help us not over burden the system allowing everyone to be able to water. We greatly appreciate everyone working together on this.

Garage Sale

The garage sale is coming up on June 11th. We’ll post signs at the community entrances and place an ad in the paper. Residents participating should put their items out in their driveway the morning of and be ready to sell. We also encourage posting on social media sites and putting out directional signs. Just be sure to clean up afterwards.

Pool Season

We are currently preparing to open the pools on May 23rd. Reminders about the pool rules will be coming out. Please make sure everyone is aware of the rules, so we can all enjoy a fun and safe swimming season!

Community Event

Mark your calendars for Thursday, June 30th from 5:30-8pm, for the first community event, hosted by Brighton and Alturas. There will be food trucks, popsicles, and a dunk tank. Come mingle and meet your neighbors for a fun time!
