Pet Etiquette

Please remember to keep your pet(s) leashed when not on your property, as well as picked up after. Help keep our common areas clean by not leaving behind pet waste.

Motorized Vehicles

Please keep motorized golf carts, scooters, dirt bikes, and the like off the common areas and sidewalks. Motorized vehicles should follow the rules of the road. Please report any dangerous drivers to the police.

Landscape Water and Maintenance

Please remember to adjust your sprinklers so that you are not watering driveways and hard surfaces. We want to limit water waste going down the gutters when we can. Also, when mowing and maintaining your lawn, please do not blow clippings out into the street or wash them down the gutters. Anyone found clogging the storm drains with yard waste may be held responsible for the cost of cleaning them out.

CC&R Amendment

All community documents are posted online for easy access by all residents. Recently, there was an amendment to the CC&Rs that added in an additional phase to the community, but also amended the rules on leasing your home. Due to market changes and demands, and with much thought and consideration renting your home is allowed, but with specific limitations that include:

  • No leases less than six (6) months.
  • Leases must be to a single family.
  • Leases are for the entire home/building, no separate rooms.
  • Property must be managed by a local professional management company and contact information provided to the Association.
  • Landscaping must be performed by a professional landscape service.
  • Leases must be in writing, and Occupants are obligated to comply with Association documents and rules.
  • Owners must notify Association within 10 days of a lease being signed.
  • Owners must provide tenants copies of Association documents and rules.

Pool Reminders

We are currently preparing to open the pools on Monday, May 22nd. Please help us have a great swimming season by knowing the RULES and adhering to them. They are for everyone’s enjoyment and safety!

  • Please do not let kids throw rocks into the pool area.
  • No oversized inflatables!
  • Do not let people in without a key.
  • The pool is not your babysitter. Kids must be 13 years of age to go alone, and if under 13, they must be accompanied by someone 18 years and older. A 13-year-old sibling cannot watch a younger sibling.
  • Please be courteous to others also at the pool! No throwing toys or balls over others or across the pool, use headphones, and no swearing or being too rough.
  • Use appropriate plastic swim pants for those still potty training. Basic swim diapers are not enough (they leak) and this causes pool shutdowns.
  • This is a neighborhood pool, wear appropriate attire. No tighty-whities, or undergarments, and please keep it classy.
