Irrigation Update
Pioneer Irrigation has posted an update about irrigation. Water is scheduled to shut down September 15th at this time. Please continue to follow the established watering schedule so everyone may be able to water:
- Even ending addresses water Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Odd ending addresses water Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Sunday is a makeup day for the common areas.
We have learned from the City of Caldwell that homeowners may NOT use their hose water (potable water) to irrigate their lawns, so please be mindful of this.
Garage Sale
The Fall garage sale is set for this Saturday, September 11, 2021. An ad has been placed in the Statesman and a sign put at the main entrance. Anyone wanting to participate can from their own garage or driveway. Residents may put out additional signs, and are encouraged to post on social media. Good luck to everyone.
Back to School
School is back in session for most, and we do have lots of kids within the neighborhood and around us. Please slow down as they will be out and about heading to school and bus stops.
Pool Closure
Our pool season is coming to an end. The last day of swimming will be Sunday, September 19th. The pool will be official closed on September 20th. We hope you enjoyed the facility, and look forward to next season.
