Happy Thanksgiving

Our office will be closed November 23-24 for Thanksgiving. We wish you a most wonderful holiday with your friends and family.

It’s Getting Dark

With the change in the season, it is now dark earlier and longer. Please make sure that your exterior lights are working and on to help keep the community well-lit and safe.

Annual Meeting

Thank you for attending the annual meeting. If you were not able to attend, you can view the meeting minutes online.

New Website Access Portal

Brighton Corporation is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities.  We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service.  With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements. The 2024 January assessments (dues) will be going out in December. Dues will not increase for 2024. Watch for additional information as we continue to roll out this new feature and services.

Snow Removal

The first snowfall is just around the corner. Make sure you are ready. Do not push snow into the streets and keep drains clear. The Association will clear snow at 2″ around the mailbox structures for the postal carrier deliveries.

Holiday Light Contest

This year we’re going to do a holiday light contest. Any home that wants to participate just needs to decorate the exterior of the home. We’ll have judges go around December 18-20th to choose the top 3 homes, and announce them. Winners will receive a gift card prize. We look forward to seeing your creativity and holiday cheer!

Volunteers

Now that the community is starting to become established, we are looking for volunteers to help with some committees. If you’re interested in volunteering for any of the groups below, please email Ann Marie at: hoa@brightoncorp.com.

1) ACC (architectural control committee) reviews requests for improvements to homes and yards, such as sheds or additional landscaping.

2) Neighborhood watch helps keep an eye on what’s happening in the area and is a liaison with the police.

3) Events committee plans fun gatherings to help build community relationships.

4) Advisory committee meets quarterly with management to review the business of the association, such as financials, requests from the community, and gives suggestions to the Board.

Upcoming Events

If you’re interested in organizing an event for the community, please reach out to HOA@brightoncorp.com.
